Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Bosys ("BOSYS", "we", "our", or "us"), including our AI-powered business operating system, ERP software, automation platform, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Legal Entity: Bosys. Operating Regions: United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Global Operations. Primary Business: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing AI-powered enterprise management, automation, analytics, and operational systems.

2. Definitions

Account: a registered user profile within the BOSYS system. Customer: a business entity subscribing to the Services. User: any individual authorized to access the Services. Administrator: a user authorized to manage accounts and configurations. Services: all software, systems, APIs, tools, dashboards, and automation provided by BOSYS. AI System: automated algorithms and decision-support systems used by BOSYS.

3. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal authority to represent your organization, provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and maintain account security. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Registration and Security

Users must provide accurate registration information, maintain password confidentiality, use secure authentication practices, and notify us of any unauthorized access. Customers are responsible for all activities performed under their account.

5. Service Plans

Free Plan: limited features, storage, integrations, and support — may be modified or discontinued at any time. Paid Subscription Plans: full system functionality, advanced automation, data storage, technical support, and analytics. Billing may occur monthly, annually, per user, or per organization. Enterprise Contracts: custom pricing, dedicated infrastructure, priority support, SLAs, custom integrations, and data residency controls governed by separate agreements.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use the Services for illegal activities, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system operations, reverse engineer the platform, abuse system resources, or violate data protection laws. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. AI and Automation

BOSYS uses artificial intelligence and automation to analyze business data, detect anomalies, predict risks, automate workflows, and generate insights. AI outputs are recommendations — customers retain full responsibility for all business decisions.

8. Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their data. BOSYS does not claim ownership of customer data, processes data only to provide Services, and maintains strict confidentiality.

9. Data Processing

BOSYS processes data on behalf of customers according to customer instructions within secure infrastructure. Data processing may include storage, analysis, backup, recovery, automation, and reporting.

10. Payments and Billing

Customers agree to pay subscription fees, maintain valid payment methods, and authorize recurring billing. Failure to pay may result in service suspension, account restriction, or termination.

11. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the BOSYS service, you may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of the initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team at: support@bosys.ai. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds apply only to the first subscription payment and do not apply to renewal payments. All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This refund policy applies to all customers using the BOSYS platform.

12. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to provide reliable service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may occur periodically. We may add, remove, or modify features and functionality without prior notice.

13. Data Backup and Retention

We perform regular automated backups for system recovery, disaster recovery, and security incidents. After termination, data may be archived, retained temporarily, or deleted permanently according to legal requirements.

14. Termination

We may terminate accounts if Terms are violated, payments fail, security risks occur, fraud is detected, or legal obligations require action. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.

15. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain the property of BOSYS, including software, code, algorithms, design, branding, and documentation. Customers receive a limited license to use the Services.

16. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information, including business data, technical data, system architecture, and trade secrets.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOSYS shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, profit loss, or operational failure. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the previous 12 months.

18. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify BOSYS against claims, damages, losses, and legal expenses resulting from misuse of the Services.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, power outages, internet failures, government actions, war, or civil unrest.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Turkey, unless otherwise specified in an Enterprise Agreement.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be published on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
